WRIT PETITION TO
RESTRAIN THE BANGDESHI PRIME MINISTER REGARDING CAPITAL PUNSHMENT TO POLITICAL
WORKERS ON THE HUMANTARIAN BASIS.
Respectfully Shweath,
1. That The brief facts
giving rise to the instant petition are that the Bangladeshi Prime Minister has
set up Such Turbuneal, those are awarding death sentence to the senior
citizens, those favoured the unity of Pakistan.
2. That there that act ,
being Pakistani was right, as they did not become the part of the conspiracy,
but they did what they deems necessary for the unity of Pakistan.
3. That their that act was
not against any law of the world, as they did all this for their country.
4. That , the father of
the Respondent No. 1 had connections with India so the father of the respondent
played vital role to disunite the pakistan.Even the prime Minister of India has
categorically confessed that he also played his role to diivide pakistan.(Stement
of PM of India is attached as Annexuere-A.
5. That the whole world should Pay attention why the
Bangladeshi Prime Minister playing with the lives of the innocent senior
citizens. If has she feelings of hate regarding the Pakistan , then she
should condensate with Pakistani
authorities. Her this act is defaming Pakistan. Nothing has been done by the
Govt of Pakistan and international community. That it is acute atrocity faced
by humanity in their native country by their own Government. In the War of
1971, the Indian military reinforced the sparest to divide the Pakistan. So the India and
Mujeeb -UR Rehamn, who was the Leader of Awami League, political Party planned
conspiracies against the Pakistan. That the Pakistan was divided and new
country Bangladesh emerged, now after 44 years, the daughter of the Shaik Mujeb
UR-Rehman , Hasena Wajid , only in the enmity of the Pakistan, has setup a
tribunal , that tribunal is awarding capital Punishment to the old politicians
, those were in the favor of Pakistan at the time of the conspiracy against the
united Pakistan. That, the deplorable aspect of this sad action is that, such
senior citizens , having age of even eighty plus, played their active role in
the politics of Bangladesh, even the party of that political workers was also
took part in the affairs of the Government. That , no doubt the sad incident of
the Dhaka fall is miserable for the whole nation, few months ago the Indian
prime Minister Nerender Modi has claimed in the presence of the Bangladeshi
Prime Minister Hasena Wajid , that he also took active part to divide the
Pakistan. This statement shows that the Indian Prime Minster and Bangladeshi
Prime Minster both have hate for Pakistan. That the senior political workers
are being hanged only to defame the Pakistan, in the whole world, even in this
matter nothing has been done by the European Union , UNO and even OIC. whenever
any news about the capital Punishment of the senior political workers publishes
in the Media, only it is against the Pakistan.
It is the matter of the history, who was traitor or not, those political
workers defend with their arguments to unite their country, how can they be
considered traitors. It is the foremost duty of the government of Pakistan to
forma a forum , consist of foreign
affairs specialists to cater the whole
issue against the Pakistan. For this purpose the forum should draw the
attention of the International Community, UNO, European Union, International
Court of Justice and even also OIC.As the lives of senior citizens of the
Bangladesh should be saved.
6. That being a human
rights activist, the petitioner has no alternative way to get justice for the
senior citizens of Bangladesh.
PRAYER:
It is humbly prayed may
kindly be directed to Respondent No. 1
to restrain the Respondent No. regarding the act of the death sentence
of the senior citizens of Bangladesh .It is further prayed may kindly also be
directed to Respondents No. 3 to 6 to play their vital role to restrain the
Respondent No.2 regarding brutal act of death sentence of Bangladesh Govt.
Any other relief which
this honourable court deems necessary for the fair play of justice.
